1. Booking Confirmation: Services are subject to availability and must be confirmed by JM Removal Solutions prior to the scheduled date.
  2. Payment: Payment terms will be provided upon booking confirmation. Full payment is due on completion of services, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. We accept cash or bank transfer
  3. Cancellation Policy: Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours in advance of the scheduled service date. Late cancellations may incur a fee.
  4. Liability: While we take every precaution to ensure the safety of your belongings during transit or clearance, JM Removal Solutions cannot be held liable for any damage, loss, or theft that may occur, except in cases of negligence on our part. Clients are advised to obtain appropriate insurance coverage.
  5. Access and Permissions: Clients must ensure adequate access to properties for removal and clearance services. Permission must be obtained for accessing restricted areas or properties with security measures. It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure that adequate access is provided for our removal or clearance vehicles at both the pickup and drop-off locations. Any delays or additional costs incurred due to inadequate access will be the responsibility of the customer.
  6. Disposal of Items: JM Removal Solutions will dispose of items responsibly and in compliance with local regulations. Clients must declare any hazardous materials or prohibited items prior to removal. 
  7. Completion of Services: Services are considered complete upon JM Removal Solutions' departure from the property, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
  8. Additional Charges: Additional charges may apply for services requiring extra time, labor, or resources beyond the initial agreement. Also any items that have not been quoted for will be subject to a extra charge. Clients will be informed of any additional charges before they are incurred.
  9. Complaints: Any complaints or issues regarding the services provided should be reported promptly for resolution.
  10. Jurisdiction: These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Scotland, and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Scottish courts.
  11. Prohibited Items: We do not transport hazardous materials, including but not limited to paint, chemicals, explosives, or flammable substances. Please inform us in advance if you have any special requirements or items that require specific handling.
  12. Passengers: For safety reasons, I am unable to and will not transport passengers in my vehicle.
